Client Commitment and General Information
Hypnotherapy is an effective tool in helping people deal with a range of problems. However, it requires full commitment from both the therapist and the client for best results to be achieved. Clients must be fully committed to change. Therapy takes place not only during sessions but also through client reflection outside of the therapy room, including listening to an audio recording supplied by the therapist daily for best results. Client commitment and full collaboration with the therapist enable best results to be achieved, but please note that results vary from person to person and they cannot be guaranteed.
Hypnotherapy Sessions and Fees
Standard therapy sessions last approximately 50 - 60 minutes. Full details of fees can be found on my Services and Fees page. Please note that fees are subject to change

Please arrive on time. If you are going to be late, please let the therapist know at the earliest convenience. Please note that if you arrive late to your appointment, your session time may have to be reduced with the full fee required to be paid. I will endeavour to make a full session available but this depends on timings of subsequent appointments and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or credit card. Please note that by agreeing to undertake a course of therapy, you accept that I cannot control the therapeutic outcome and that fees are payable on account of my time and expertise, regardless of the outcome.
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy requires two days' notice by either text or email to cancel an appointment without incurring a late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than two days and more than one day before the agreed appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

I reserve the right to cancel an appointment but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will give as much notice as possible. No fee will be payable for in such circumstances but I cannot accept any liability for any financial loss incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Non-Attendance
Non-attendance at a session will require full payment for the session before any subsequent appointments can be made.
